**Cancellation Policy for Le Roux Premium Training**

At Le Roux Premium Training, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our athletes. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

### Private Lessons:

1. **Cancellations Made 10 Days or More Before the Scheduled Lesson:**

  - If you need to cancel a private lesson, please notify us at least 10 days in advance.

  - You will receive a full refund minus the court fee, which covers the non-refundable cost of reserving the training facility.

2. **Cancellations Made Less Than 10 Days Before the Scheduled Lesson:**

  - Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled lesson are not eligible for a refund.

  - This policy ensures that our coaches' time is respected and allows us to manage scheduling efficiently.

### Clinics:

1. **General Cancellation Policy:**

  - Due to the nature of clinics, where resources and planning are allocated based on the number of participants, we do not offer refunds for clinic cancellations.

  - We encourage participants to commit to their clinic schedules to fully benefit from the training program.

2. **Medical Exceptions:**

  - If a participant is unable to attend a clinic due to a medical reason, a refund may be considered.

  - A valid medical certificate or appropriate documentation must be provided to support the request.

  - Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and initiate the refund process.

### Additional Information:

- **Rescheduling:** If you cannot attend a scheduled private lesson, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request. However, rescheduling is subject to coach availability and court reservations.

- **Communication:** All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated via email or phone to our administrative team. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide further instructions if necessary.

- **Court Fees:** The court fee is a non-refundable charge that covers the cost of reserving the training facility. This fee is deducted from any eligible refunds.
